Pastoral Visitation by Bishop Lopes

The Ordinary of The Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of Saint Peter, The Most Reverend Steven Lopes, will make a Pastoral Visitation to Our Lady and St. John on the weekend of The Second Sunday in Lent - Saturday, March 16th and Sunday March 17th. On Saturday, March 16th, the Eve of the Second Sunday of Lent- Bishop Lopes will assist at SOLEMN EVENSONG IN THE PRESENCE OF A GREATER PRELATE at 6.30 pm, preceded at 6.00 pm by an organ Recital by Simon J. Pick.

The Choir of St. Martin of Tours Church, under the direction of Dr. Emily Meixner will sing:

Following Evensong, there will be a "Meet the Ordinariate" talk in the Parish Hall, led by Bishop Lopes. On the Second Sunday in Lent, 17 March, Bishop Lopes will celebrate a PONTIFICAL SOLEMN MASS at 3.00 pm. His Excellency will also administer the Sacrament of Confirmation. Music of the Mass includes
