Vigil of Pentecost

Veni, Sancte Spiritus, et emitte caelitus lucis tuae radium.

On Saturday, May 19th at 8:00 PM, the Community of Our Lady and St. John will be celebrating the Vigil of Pentecost. As the third of the great feasts of the church, Pentecost has a special vigil mass similar to that of Easter featuring readings, the blessing of the font, and the litany of the saints.

Music will include Jam Christus Astra Ascenderat, Thomas Attwood's Come Holy Ghost, and Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina's Sicut Cervus. Please join us.
